These monthly workshops are an depth study and practice of one posture at a time in three (3) sessions each month (Sundays) and will change how you approach these postures forever. (TBA) CK is a master at breaking down postural elements to really help you build body intelligence around each movement and engagement within the posture. With CK you will master these postures.
