Kirtan This Thursday (Feb 6th) Is Cancelled… :(

Ram Vakkalanka regrets that he can not be with us due to illness. He will be at Restless Spirit NEXT Thursday (13th) at 7pm. I send him warmth and healing vibes! Feel better Ram!

*In replacement of the Kirtan I thought I would start the Heart Meditation Sessions this Thursday. So…

Thursday Feb 6th

6:15 – 6:45 – Intro to Meditation (by donation – suggested $5 min)

7pm – 8/8:30pm – Heart Path Meditation Session (by donation – suggested $15 min)
